I. Introduction of product features:
UV embossed ink is suitable for screen printing on a variety of tobacco, alcohol, cosmetics packaging substrate UV curing ink. The printing ink has a strong sense of prominence, good transparency, clear texture, soft folding resistance, strong adhesion, light and tasteless color, no stimulation to the human body, meets the requirements of environmental protection, and is an excellent variety that replaces the traditional embossed stamping process and has anti-counterfeiting function.

Third, the use of technology:
1. The screen adopts 60-100 purpose polyester mesh, the tension is 14-16N/cm2, the UV lamp power of the UV curing machine is generally 3-5.6KW/ branch, and 1-3 high mercury lamps (wavelength 250-400nm).
2, in order to obtain the effect of printing convex feel, should choose a reasonable variety of ink, suitable mesh and curing speed, generally with 100 mesh mesh printing, in the printing art paper, special paper, printing should be cured as soon as possible (because this kind of paper pores are thicker, easy to absorb light oil).
3, before the use of fully stir after printing, closed storage.
4. The screen plate must be cleaned with cleaning agent when the screen plate is sealed. After the screen plate solvent is completely volatilized, the printing can begin.
4. Precautions: 1. After stirring before use, stop printing for 5-10 minutes, because bubbles will affect the texture effect; 2, printing and transportation should avoid direct sunlight, so as not to affect the quality of ink; 3, if in the dark ink or material (such as blue, black), printing should be immediately and thoroughly cured, so as not to affect the adhesion. 4, each batch of materials before production, should be tested, to be quality approval, before mass production. 5, UV ink should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dark place, shelf life of 12 months.
