Third, the use of technology:
1. Printing method: Screen printing: recommended 250-300 mesh screen printing; If the viscosity is high in the printing process, we can dilute it with DSK783.
2, drying method: infrared drying: at the temperature of 80℃-100℃ drying time is 30-50 seconds, air cooling time is 20-30 seconds.
When the temperature is 50℃-60℃, the drying time is 15-20 minutes. Air cooling time 10-15 minutes
3, laminating requirements: laminating temperature 130-150℃, hot laminating time 20-25 minutes, air cooling time 15-20 minutes laminating pressure does not exceed 11Mpa.
Iv. Precautions:
1, the printing effect is related to the substrate used, the working environment, laminating pressure/time/temperature/dryness and other factors. If the effect is different before and after using the same type of ink, please confirm that the above printing conditions are stable.
2, accidentally contact the product to the skin or splash into the eyes, please wash immediately with plenty of water, in serious cases, please seek medical attention in time;
3. This product will appear layered phenomenon when placed, so please be sure to stir well before use. This product is a volatile product, so please seal it immediately after use.
