1, according to the oil on the substrate to adjust the viscosity of the oil, you can use alcohol to open the appropriate thin, coated with varnish after UV lamp curing, recommended 5 groups of lamp curing, UV lamp total power greater than 40KW is good, it is recommended that the speed of 30-45 meters/min, if the UV lamp power does not meet the above requirements, customers can adjust the speed according to their own production conditions.
2, the amount of oil depends on the brightness demand of the substrate, generally in 4-6g/m2, excessive coating or uneven oil will reduce the brightness.
Iv. Precautions:
1. The printing effect of gloss oil is related to the printing substrate used, working environment, time and temperature, etc. Please ensure that the printed product is fully dry after UV lamp; Ensure the stability of the above printing conditions. Otherwise, it will affect the surface quality requirements of the printed matter.
2, accidentally contact the product on the skin or splash into the eyes, please wash immediately with water, in serious cases, please seek medical attention in time.
3, after opening the light oil should be used as soon as possible or sealed in time, pay attention to avoid light.
4. The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place and away from light.
