Precautions for color allocation

Ink color can be divided into basic color, spot color. We usually refer to black, sky blue, primary red, primary yellow, and white inks as base color inks. Cyan, magenta, yellow are called three primary colors of ink, three primary colors of ink superimposed on each other can present a variety of color effects. Spot color ink refers to some inks that are not superimposed by the three primary colors and are adjusted by matching ink.

The preparation of ink should choose a site with ventilation equipment to ensure that the solvent and ink odor can be discharged; To be equipped with explosion-proof lamps and standard light sources; To be equipped with viscosity cup, stopwatch, balance (table scale), scraping stick (color bar), scraping knife, scraping paper.

Different color allocation:

1, yellow and magenta can be adjusted: medium yellow, orange, orange, big red and so on

2, yellow and cyan deployment can be adjusted: light green, green, dark green, etc

3, magenta and cyan can be adjusted: light purple, purple, dark purple

Cyan, magenta, yellow different proportions can be adjusted to different colors:

① Approximate black = cyan 33.3% magenta 33.3%+ yellow 33.3%

② Olive = cyan 50%+ magenta 25%+ yellow 25%

③ Red purple = Cyan 25% magenta 50%+ yellow 25%

④ Bronze = Cyan 25%+ magenta 25%+ yellow 50%

③ Dark green = cyan 40% magenta 20% yellow 40%

⑥ Brown = cyan 30%+ magenta 20% yellow 70%

Some colors with three primary colors can not produce special spot color effect, need to use spot color pigments for production.

Golden red: The thick and bright color reflected in the golden red. Red ink and yellow ink do not produce a golden red luster.

Peachy: A bright pink color with a bluish tinge. You can't make it with blue or red ink.

Rose red: with pink and thick bright color, yellowish light, with blue, red ink can not be tuned out.

Blue: with purple thick bright color, with blue, red ink can not be tuned out.

Ultramarine blue: with purple thick bright color, with green lotus 70% blue 30% can be adjusted. You can't make it with blue or red ink.

Gold, silver: Only use gold powder, silver powder ink.

White: produced with titanium dioxide, play the role of bedding

Dispensing ink is the first choice of the same system, the same manufacturer's ink dispensing, it is strictly prohibited to use different systems of ink dispensing. Inks of different systems will not react, which will lead to the scrap of ink and printing.

Dispensing ink must follow the first analysis of ink hue, and then do a small sample for color matching, and then scrape the sample and determine the proportion of ink.

Adhere to the principle of proportional weighing to ensure that the proportion is accurate. Use diluent, to add a small amount, stir fully, to ensure accurate viscosity control.
