What ink can be printed on glass

According to the classification of glass ink by temperature, it can be divided into: high temperature ink and low temperature ink.

High temperature glass ink (also known as high temperature tempered glass ink)

Sintering temperature at 720-850℃, after high temperature tempering, ink and glass firmly fused together. Widely used in building curtain wall, automobile glass, stove oven panel and so on.

High temperature baking, sintering temperature of about 500℃. Widely used in glass, ceramics, sports equipment and other industries.

2, low temperature glass ink

Embossing plate, color crystal ink, after 100-150℃ baking for 15 minutes, the ink adhesion is good, strong solvent resistance.

3, ordinary glass ink

Naturally drying, the surface drying time is about 30 minutes, and the actual time is about 18 hours. Suitable for all kinds of glass, polyester self-adhesive paper printing.

4, oily glass ink

Due to the use of ink mixing solvent and diluent, it has a strong reactive odor volatilization. Perennial use of the operator's body is very harmful.

5, water-based glass ink
