5.2.1 Light fast test method:

5.2.4 Resistance to boiling:
The printed matter is boiled in 100 degrees boiling water for an hour to observe the discoloration.
Six, the use of technology:
1, printing method: concave printing: (ink viscosity dilution to 2# cup 15-17S).
2, printing speed: according to the drying temperature and air volume conditions, the printing speed is controlled at 120-300 meters /min.
3, drying method: infrared drying: drying temperature at 60℃-80℃(drying conditions will affect the printing/coloring/adhesion of the ink).
Seven, printing precautions:
1, water-based gravure ink version depth is recommended between 25-30um; It is recommended to strengthen the drying conditions on the basis of solvent gravure printing, which can ensure that the printing speed is equivalent to solvent ink; The temperature of the drying path is recommended to be 5-15 degrees higher than that of the solvent ink, which will improve the dryness.
2, the printing substrate (film) should pay special attention to the surface tension. Ensure that the corona is above 38 dynes after treatment (the storage time after corona should not be too long to avoid corona failure). Due to the particularity and diversity of plastic substrate, in order to avoid unnecessary losses. For the use of ink need to do small batch test to meet the quality requirements before mass production.
3, stop the printing must keep the printing plate in the ink in the dynamic, to prevent the ink dry blocking plate, if there is a blocking phenomenon, please use water or ethanol for cleaning; In the case of shutdown for more than 1 hour, the ink in the ink tank should be cleared and poured into the bucket, and sealed. 4, water-based gravure ink is related to the printing substrate, working environment, time and temperature, etc. Please ensure that the printing is fully dry; Ensure the stability of the above printing conditions. Otherwise, it will affect the surface quality requirements of the printed product.
5, accidentally contact the product on the skin or splash into the eyes, please wash immediately with plenty of water.
6, this product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from high temperature.
Eight, ink test data:
1. Plate depth requirements: The setting of plate depth is related to the drying conditions (length and temperature). It is usually recommended at 25-30 microns. Under certain temperature conditions: the baking path ≧3 meters, the plate depth can be 30 microns; If the baking path is 2.5 meters, the depth of the plate can be 28 microns;
Special tips: A. Use water-based ink, drying path should not be less than 1.5 meters. Otherwise, drying and machine speed will be seriously affected.
B. If the baking path meets the conditions, the matching of the plate depth can be determined by the customer's use requirements.
2. Data related to machine speed: machine speed will be closely related to drying conditions, plate depth, diluent ratio and ink overprint layout. The drying channel ≧3 meters, the plate depth of 30 microns, the diluent (water + ethanol) ratio is 1:1, the motor power of the exhaust system is ≥5.5KW, the exhaust air volume reaches 5000-7500m3/H, and the machine speed can reach 120-200 meters/min. Nine, compound precautions:
When compound, pay attention to test the match of glue, please choose the appropriate glue, and choose the appropriate curing time and curing temperature according to the requirements. After the printed matter is compounded and matured, the composite strength is tested, and the composite strength is measured in 72 hours, one week and one month to determine whether the composite strength has attenuation.
