Three: Use process:
1, printing method: screen printing: recommended 150-300 mesh screen printing, you can use our DSK783 to adjust the viscosity.
2, drying method: infrared drying: at the temperature of 80℃-100℃ drying time is 30-40 seconds, air cooling time is 10-20 seconds
When the temperature is 50℃-55℃, the drying time is 15-20 minutes, and the air cooling time is 10-15 minutes.
3, laminating requirements: laminating temperature 130-150℃, hot laminating time 18-23 minutes, cold pressing time 15-20 minutes, laminating pressure does not exceed 11Mpa.
Iv. Precautions:
1. Please stir well before use (try to use mixing equipment: 3-5 minutes is appropriate).
2. If the ink is found to be thickened or the fluidity is poor during the use of the ink, please add an appropriate amount of diluent + ink oil 2871=1:1 dilution (the addition amount should not be higher than 20%), and fully stir evenly.
3. If the product accidentally touches the skin or spills into the eyes, please clean it immediately with plenty of water. In serious cases, please seek medical attention in time.
4. This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from fire.
