1. Introduction of product features:
DSK3830 is UV offset printing ink, this product is mainly used in plastic card base and other non-absorbent substrates (PVC, PET, ABS, PP), with a wide printing water range and on-machine safety; After printing, after UV lamp irradiation, instant curing can be immediately processed, no back printing or sticky problems; Good adhesion with most non-absorbent substrates; High color intensity, high fullness, good ink transfer, provide good dot definition; The ink film has good flexibility after ink curing. It has good mechanical properties (friction resistance, scratch resistance).

Three: Use process:
1, printing method: offset printing (ink bucket type) : printing speed of 6000-10000 cards/hour.
2, drying method: UV light curing, it is recommended that 18KW×3 UV lamps, curing time 1.5-2 seconds, or curing energy above 90mj.
3, laminating requirements: laminating temperature 130-140℃, thermal laminating time 20-25 minutes, laminating pressure does not exceed 11Mpa.
Four: Precautions:
1, DSK3830 series ink can be used directly, can not add ordinary ink additives.
2, reduce the viscosity can add 1-3% DSK3830T ink oil for dilution.
3, reduce the color concentration can be appropriate to add the corresponding diluent, stir evenly, to achieve the desired effect.
4, reduce viscosity and drawing conditions can add less than 5% of our special anti-stick agent to reduce viscosity.
5, increase the hiding power or dilute the color brightness can be adjusted with white ink.
6, for the plastic substrate can add 0.5-1% of our special anti-scratch agent to improve the adhesion and scratch resistance of the ink.
7, standard curing conditions: 8KW*3 lamp, lamp distance 10-15cm (depending on the reflector), the total light intensity ≥90mj/cm2.
8, the use of UV ink printing press must use special UV ink or ordinary dual-purpose rubber blanket and ink roller.
9, the use of PS printing plate must be baked at 200 degrees for more than 15-45 minutes.
10, ordinary cleaning agent can not be used to clean UV printing machine, must use special ink special cleaning agent.
11, black absorbs more ultraviolet light, generally placed in the first color printing, it is recommended that the color sequence is good from deep to light.
12, ink storage environment temperature to 15-25℃ is appropriate, storage period is 12 months.
13, although the composition of UV ink is low irritant, but try not to contact with the skin when used, if it should be immediately washed with soapy water.
