1, printing method: A, concave printing: (ink viscosity dilution to 16-22S).
B, single concave printing: (ink viscosity dilution to 24-28S).
2, printing speed: according to the drying temperature and time conditions, the printing speed is controlled at 120-200 meters /min.
3, drying method: infrared drying: drying temperature at 90℃-105℃(drying conditions will affect the printing/coloring/adhesion of the ink).
Four: Precautions:
1. The printing effect of water-based gravure ink is related to the printing substrate used, working environment, time and temperature, etc. Please ensure that the printing is fully dry; Ensure the stability of the above printing conditions. 2, the ink must be fully stirred before use to ensure color stability and good fluidity; The viscosity of the ink thickens during use, and it can be diluted according to the mixture of "anhydrous ethanol + water =8:2". The dilution amount is subject to the requirements of the viscosity used.
