I. Introduction of product features:
DSK2510 is a temperature-sensitive color-changing ink, suitable for PVC, ABS, PE and other substrates. The discoloration principle of the product is colorless; Rapid color change, full color, printing effect is good. However, the chemical properties of the product are unstable: if the heat resistance is higher than 75℃ for a long time, the organic matter in it will degrade; Poor light resistance: strong light exposure will fade and fail, so it is only suitable for indoor use. Suitable for SIM card, bank card and other surface beautification and personalization and high anti-counterfeiting requirements of the card class.

Third, the use of technology:
1. Printing method: Screen printing: 250 mesh screen printing is recommended; If the viscosity is high in the printing process, we can dilute it with DSK783.
2, drying method: infrared drying: at the temperature of 80℃-100℃ drying time is 30-50 seconds, air cooling 20-30 seconds.
The drying time is 15-20 minutes when the temperature is 50℃-60℃; Air cooling for 10-15 minutes
3, laminating requirements: laminating temperature 130-150℃, hot laminating time 20-25 minutes, air cooling time 15-20 minutes laminating pressure does not exceed 11Mpa.
Iv. Precautions:
1, the printing effect is related to the substrate used, the working environment, laminating pressure/time/temperature/dryness and other factors. If the effect is different before and after using the same type of ink, please confirm that the above printing conditions are stable.
2, accidentally contact the product to the skin or splash into the eyes, please wash immediately with plenty of water, in serious cases, please seek medical attention in time;
3. This product will appear layered phenomenon when placed, so please be sure to stir well before use. This product is a volatile product, so please seal it immediately after use.
4. Store in a cool and ventilated place, away from fire.
