1. Introduction of product features:
DSK1500G is a kind of ultraviolet fluorescent green anti-counterfeiting ink, using screen printing, this product is mainly used in the anti-counterfeiting requirements of printed matter, with the function of invisible ink, high scientific and technological content, good color concealability and so on. The invisible pattern needs to be illuminated by an ultraviolet light source to appear. In PVC, ABS and PC and other substrates have excellent adhesion, fast curing, good scratch resistance, excellent printing adaptability, can be customized according to customer requirements of the special anti-counterfeiting effect, is the first choice of anti-counterfeiting UV offset printing ink environmental protection materials.

Three: Use process:
1, printing method: UV lithography offset screen printing (250-300 mesh) : printing speed 2000-3000 cards/hour.
2, drying method: infrared heat curing: temperature 50-60℃, drying time is 20-30 minutes.
3, laminating requirements: laminating temperature 130-140℃, hot laminating time 18-23 minutes, cold pressing time: 15-20 minutes, laminating pressure does not exceed 11Mpa.
Four: Precautions:
1. The printing effect of ink is related to the printing substrate used, working environment, time and temperature, etc. Please ensure that the printed product is fully dry; Ensure the stability of the above printing conditions. Otherwise, it will affect the surface quality requirements of the card body.
2, accidentally contact the product on the skin or splash into the eyes, please wash immediately with water, in serious cases, please seek medical attention in time.
3, the ink after opening should be used as soon as possible or sealed in time to avoid liquid volatilization.
