1. Product Introduction:
Blackout ink is a kind of highly efficient absorption ink for UVA band in ultraviolet light, with a maximum absorption wavelength of 800-950NM. Mainly used in the near infrared spectrum identification of financial cards above, this product is suitable for screen printing coating. It has excellent adhesion on PVC, ABS, PC and other substrates, and has interlayer bonding function, excellent aging resistance, and high absorption rate of rated band.

Three: Use process:
1, printing method: screen printing (recommended 100T screen). The viscosity can be adjusted by our DSK783
2, drying method: infrared drying: at the temperature of 80℃-100℃ drying time is 30-40 seconds, air cooling time is 10-20 seconds
When the temperature is 50℃-55℃, the drying time is 15-20 minutes, and the air cooling time is 10-15 minutes.
3, laminating requirements: laminating temperature 130-150℃, hot laminating time 18-23 minutes, cold pressing time 15-20 minutes, laminating pressure does not exceed 11Mpa.
Four: Precautions:
1. Stir well before use.
2. If the ink is found to be thickened or the fluidity is poor during the use of the ink, please add an appropriate amount of diluent dilution, and fully stir evenly.
3. If the product accidentally touches the skin or spills into the eyes, please clean it immediately with plenty of water. In serious cases, please seek medical attention in time.
4. This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from fire.
