I. Introduction of product features:

The mirror ink is printed on the back of the transparent plastic material, and the mirror effect can be seen from the front of the material. Printed on the surface of smooth, transparent plastic sheet on the back (easy to adhere to processing PET, PC, rigid PVC, dumb acrylic). The mirror ink is made of special aluminum powder and resin, which can not only replace vacuum coating and hot stamping, but also see the printing layer with a high metallic gloss mirror effect.

1, under normal circumstances, this product can be used directly, please stir the ink before use.

2, printing method: using 350 mesh or 400 mesh screen printing.

3, drying conditions: oven or baking temperature 50-60℃, drying time is 1-3 minutes.

4, if the ink is found to be thick or poor fluidity during the use of the phenomenon, please add an appropriate amount (not more than 5% is appropriate) of diluent dilution, and fully stir evenly.

Iv. Precautions:

1, please do not mix with other brands of ink, use the remaining ink should be stored separately, do not mix with new ink storage.

2, when printing with PC, PET and other transparent film and need a high mirror effect, it is obtained by printing on the front side; Opaque, poor surface smoothness or inresistant to ink solvent erosion of plastic substrates, can not be obtained mirror-like or similar to silver plated metal effect.

3, the product should be sealed at room temperature, away from water, heat and fire sources.
