3, in view of the limitations and selectivity of UV printing substrates and ancillary properties, the (small) mass production must be verified before the template match and then produced.
4, before using this ink, it must be printed and cleaned by professionals using our company's UV cleaning solution, and then load our company's UV ink.
5, computer use; Do not use liquids other than our company's UV cleaning solution for machine pipe cleaning.
6, ink before use, please stir well.
7, using different printing substrates, please ensure that the substrate is clean and dry before printing; If the replacement of new substrate. Please test the first version to confirm; For glass, stainless steel and other mirror materials, need supporting coating.
8, UV ink has strong corrosion, please choose corrosion-resistant pipes and ink bags and other accessories and oil-based nozzle.
9, about the emergency measures of nozzle blockage: A. Use ultrasonic with cleaning agent for vibration cleaning. B. Replace the nozzle with a new one.
10, Epson LED series is recommended to print at room temperature, and industrial nozzle (such as Konica, Xaar) recommended that the nozzle heating 38 to 40 ℃ or so.
