1. Introduction of product features:
Water based light oil 1207W/1208W/1209W series is used for cigarette pack printing, cosmetics box printing, wine box printing and other surface polishing, suitable for offset printing and gravure printing process. Waterborne varnish has the characteristics of high gloss, high wear resistance, easy operation and processing, fast drying speed, low temperature resistance, anti-mutual adhesion and other excellent physical properties. This product is environmentally friendly ink, does not contain toxic volatile organic solvents, no adverse effects on the health of operators, no pollution to the atmospheric environment. The ink has the characteristics of non-flammable, which can eliminate the hidden danger of flammable and explosive production environment, and is conducive to safe production. The water-based ink complies with the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amended directive 2015/863/EU (RoHS 2.0), and the solvent residue VOCs in the printed products meet the national standard YQ69-2015 and the requirements of customer enterprise standards.

Three: Use process:
1, printing method:
A, gravure printing: (recommended ink viscosity with alcohol and water dilution to 18-22S).
B, offset printing: It is recommended that the ink viscosity be diluted to 24-28S with alcohol and water.
2, printing speed: according to the drying temperature and time conditions, the printing speed is controlled at 120-200 meters /min.
3, drying method: infrared drying: drying temperature at 90℃-105℃(note that drying conditions will affect other properties).
Four: Precautions:
1. The printing effect of water-based gloss oil is related to the printing substrate used, working environment, time and temperature, etc. Please ensure that the printing is fully dry; Ensure the stability of the above printing conditions. Otherwise, it will affect the surface quality requirements of the printed product.
2, the ink must be fully stirred before use to ensure color stability and good fluidity; The viscosity of the ink thickens during use, and it can be diluted according to the mixture of "alcohol + water =1:1". The dilution amount is subject to the requirements of the viscosity used.
3. Stop the printing must keep the printing plate in the ink in the dynamic, to prevent the ink dry tie blocking plate, if the phenomenon of blocking plate, please use water or ethanol to clean; In the case of shutdown for more than 1 hour, the ink in the ink tank should be cleared and poured into the bucket, and sealed. 4, accidentally contact the product on the skin or splash into the eyes, please wash immediately with water.
