1. Introduction of product features:
UVG6000S gloss oil is UV offset printing gloss oil, mainly used in plastic substrate surface ink protection, especially for bank cards, social security cards and other high-grade card surface gloss, with super scratch resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no yellows, high transparency, laminate non-stick steel plate and other characteristics, products in line with ROSH and various environmental standards.

Three: Use process:
1, printing method: offset printing (ink bucket type) : printing speed 4000-6000 cards/hour. (Over-oil thickness: the dark page is slightly thicker than the light page. Eliphaub,)
2, drying method: UV light curing, 5.6KW×3 UV lamps are recommended, curing energy is 70-90mj, curing time is 1.5-2 seconds,
3, laminating requirements: laminating temperature 130-150℃, hot laminating time 18-23 minutes, cold pressing time 15-20 minutes, laminating pressure does not exceed 11Mpa.
Four: Precautions:
1. The printing effect of gloss oil is related to the printing substrate used, working environment, time and temperature, etc. Please ensure that the printed product is fully dry after UV lamp; Ensure the stability of the above printing conditions. Otherwise, it will affect the surface quality requirements of the card body.
2, accidentally contact the product on the skin or splash into the eyes, please wash immediately with water, in serious cases, please seek medical attention in time.
3, after opening the light oil should be used as soon as possible or sealed in time, pay attention to avoid light.
